I’m Diede Huver, a dietitian and the first certified Intuitive Eating dietitian in the Netherlands. With over 10 years of experience and more than 3,500 clients guided, I help people achieve a healthy lifestyle without dieting or constantly weighing themselves. I support both individuals with and without medical conditions—whether you’re struggling with dieting and a disrupted relationship with food or have been referred by your doctor for conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, IBS, or a food allergy.
My approach is practical and focused on restoring a healthy relationship with food. I incorporate insights from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to explore not just what you eat, but also why you eat.
