As an online dietitian and intuitive eating coach, I help both men and women improve their relationship with food and work towards sustainable health, without being limited by diets or strict eating rules.

In online video sessions, we work together on behavior change that, in addition to enhancing your physical and mental well-being, also positively impacts your health, such as blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood glucose levels.

The coaching program consists of 7 sessions, divided into 3 packages, so it can be fully customized to your personal needs. You’ll also gain access to an online platform with session notes, worksheets, and optional inspiration videos.

Coaching with Diede Huver

During my online coaching, I guide you toward a sustainable healthy lifestyle so that you never have to diet again. You don’t need to follow a strict meal plan or weigh yourself every week. The goal is for you to feel good in your body again, eat what you truly need without guilt, and not have to think about food all day long. This gives you back the mental space for the things that really matter in your life.

What makes my coaching unique?

My coaching is definitely not a “one size fits all.” Together, we will look at what you encounter in your daily life and what works best for you. What do you find difficult, and how can we address that in a manageable way? Instead of imposing a diet plan on you, we will embark on a journey of discovery. You’ll learn to better understand your body and the signals it gives. This way, you’ll discover how to respond to them and take good care of yourself.

        Tijdens de 1-op-1coaching heb ik erlegt beter naar mijn lichaam te luisteren.Ik liet bibliothek zelfs een deel van het toetje bij het kerstdiner staan, omdat ik vol zat! Ook lukt het me ook steeds beter om neutraler opposite mijn lichaam. Het blijt een lange weg, maar ik ben onderweg naar een neutrale blik!

            When I came into contact with the intuitive understanding eten dacht ik meeten dat het me verder zou helpen. En dat heeft het met zekerheid gedaan.                   How it works

                  Discovery call

                  We begin with a free online discovery call. This call is non-binding and gives you the opportunity to ask questions and see if we are a good fit for the coaching program.

                  Client portal

                  When you’re ready to get started, you’ll gain access to your own client portal in Bonsai, where you’ll find some intake forms. These will give us a good understanding of how you’re currently approaching food and will form the basis for our first session. You’ll also find a summary of what we discussed after each video session, along with any worksheets and videos for additional support.

                  The program

                  The coaching program consists of 7* online sessions in total, spread over 4-5 months. The program is divided into 3 packages: three 60-minute sessions, followed by two 60-minute sessions, and finally, two 30-minute evaluation sessions. 

                  * If, after the first 3 sessions, you feel confident to continue on your own, that’s perfectly fine. This program is flexible and adapts to your pace.

                  Start

                  In the first session, we will go over your intake forms and you’ll receive practical exercises to start working on right away. In the following sessions we dive deeper into your progress, the obstacles you encounter, and there’s room for further insight and practice. The last two sessions are shorter and give you the space to further anchor the changes you’ve made.

                  Invoice

                  After each session, you will receive a invoice that you can submit to your health insurance provider.

                  I am Diede Huver, a dietitian and the first certified intuitive eating dietitian in the Netherlands. With over 10 years of experience and 3500+ clients guided, I help people with or without a medical condition achieve a healthy lifestyle without dieting or constantly weighing themselves.

                  My approach is practical and focused on restoring a healthy relationship with food. You will learn to listen to your body’s signals and make choices that align with your needs. This way, you can work towards a lasting, healthy lifestyle that works for you.

                  In 7 sessions to intuitive eating

                  The coaching program consists of 7 sessions, divided into 3 packages, so you can make sustainable changes in achievable steps. Behavioral change takes time, and by taking small, consistent steps, you lay the foundation for habits that truly stick.

                  I recommend spacing the first 5 sessions every two weeks, giving you enough time to integrate what you’ve learned into your daily life. At the same time, this schedule ensures that there isn’t too much time between sessions, keeping your focus intact and allowing you to make real progress. This helps you to solidify the new behavior, rather than having to start over each time.

                  If, after the first 3 sessions, you feel confident to continue on your own, that’s perfectly fine. This program is flexible and adapts to your pace.

                  Coaching through obstacles

                  With my intuitive eating coaching, I help you overcome the obstacles that make it difficult to improve your health. This includes letting go of the focus on weight and focusing on what your body truly needs. Whether you’re struggling with emotional eating, finding it hard to make healthy choices you can maintain, or having trouble breaking free from constant snacking – together, we work on sustainable solutions.
